CBT, most of us are familiar with this term as cognitative behavioural therapy, but at Anne Rossi Clinic we have coined a new phrase, corrective body therapy. Corrective body therapy is a revolutionary solution to the problem of excessive weight and poor body shape. Diet, that dreaded word, but no… this is not what we know so well, this is nutritional therapy. Imagine embarking on a weight loss programme that is delicious and nutritious, yes hard to imagine but we have it here. High protein drinks, bars and savoury snacks with a wide variety of flavours to suit all palates and a meal in the evening. We have devised lots of menus that allow the full use of fresh veg, fish, poultry and meats… so where is the hardship in that!!
Corrective Body Therapy comprises of three essential components:
Body Contouring

- The skin is vigorously stimulated with specialised equipment using precise and specific techniques also during weekly sessions combined with the ultrasound therapy.
Nutritional Therapy
- Protein drinks which are precisely and uniquely formulated are provided. These drinks completely alter the body’s metabolism to cause rapid and constant breakdown of stored fat.

Stir fry Vegetables with Shiritake Noodles
Ingredients for two servings
1 red pepper chopped
10 mange toutes sliced in half
4 spring onions finely chopped
8 mushrooms finely sliced
1 clove garlic finely chopped
Hand full bean sprouts
Teaspoon sesame seeds
Half teaspoon Chinese five spice
Good glug light soy sauce (don’t go nuts)
1 bag shiritake noodles (available in Asian markets)
1 tbs olive oil for frying
Chillies (optional)
Method:
Heat oil in pan and stirfry vegetables for about 7 minutes, add fresh garlic five spice and light soy sauce.
While this is happening open bag of noodles and rinse well under cold water for 2 minutes, then boil noodles in salted water for 2 more minutes.
When the vegetables are ready throw in noodles, mix all ingredients on pan well together to absorb all the flavours. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
This may also be refrigerated and eaten cold.
